The reception is scheduled between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you plan to arrive before or after these times, a specific time must be agreed upon, as it may be impossible to receive you.
Accommodations should normally be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.


The service is offered only in July and August, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays by reservation only. A minimum of 12 lodgers is required outside this period.

A deposit of 30 % of the value of the requested service is required to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer (fees to be paid by you). Alternatively, you can tell us the type, number and expiration date of your credit card, holder’s name and security code, and we will charge the amount (fees at our charge).
We point out that for one-night stays we ask for full prepayment at the time of booking.


Balance payment must be made upon arrival at the company, in cash or by Credit or Debit Cards ATM, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA, AmericanExpress (no checks accepted).


We do not have fixed and rigid rules in case of cancellation of a reservation.
First of all, it depends on whether we still have other rooms/apartments free that are similar to the canceled ones and for the same period. If so, it means that we have not had to give up any other reservations in the meantime so, in this case, we are ready for a full refund of the deposit.
If we are fully booked and, in all likelihood, have given up other reservations, we ask for some time to see if we can rent the rooms/apartments to new customers. If this is the case, once again we have no problem refunding the deposit in full.
Thirdly, we ask to keep the deposit for a subsequent reservation, provided it can be made in the same season.
We “don’t work with” deposits, but “work if” clients come to us on vacation and remain fully satisfied.
If they cannot come, we hope they have a good image of us in terms of fairness and behavior, and we hope to host them in the future at La Pila.
